  • Increase engagement with clients and potential customers through innovative experiences.

  • Provide detailed, structured and easy-to-understand information about PT. Graha Tekno Medika facilities.

Design Process

Step 1: User Research

  • Interviews with potential users and clients to understand their expectations for the virtual tour.

  • Creation of user personas that will guide the design of experiences that suit their needs.

  • Collecting feedback from PT. Graha Tekno Medika’s internal stakeholders on the most desired features.

Step 2: Ideation and Brainstorming

  • Conduct final testing to ensure the application runs smoothly on various devices.

Project Results

Key Features:

  • 360-degree view: Users can see a 360-degree image of a facility or product.

  • Interactive Information: Each section of the virtual tour can be clicked to provide more information, such as a description of a product or room.

  • Intuitive Navigation: Users can easily navigate between sections using clear navigation buttons.

  • Full View Mode: Experience the virtual tour in full-screen view for a more immersive experience.

Results Achieved:

  • Increased User Satisfaction: After launching virtual tours, users reported a more interactive and immersive experience.

  • Increased Sales Conversions: Several clients reported feeling more confident after taking a virtual tour, which resulted in increased sales.

Reflection and Learning

Challenges Faced:

  • Maintaining a balance between interactive elements and app performance, so that the tour remains fast and responsive even with 360-degree images.

  • Adjusting the tour's appearance to ensure consistency and user comfort across devices

Learning:

  • This experience taught me the importance of team collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure the design vision aligns with business objectives.

  • I also learned the importance of repeated testing to ensure the design works well in the real world.
